Therapy for children, individual, couples and families

About Dee
As the Founder of United Front Therapy, I bring over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges with a holistic, mind–body approach that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Family Therapy, I combines clinical expertise with a warm and relatable presence. I believes our bodies possess inherent wisdom, often communicating through subtle signals before we even recognise the overwhelm. "
"Together, we take the time to slow down and attune ourselves to these messages, helping to make sense of emotions, patterns, and responses in a safe and supportive environment."
My practice integrates somatic awareness with evidence-based therapies, fostering a healing experience that goes beyond intellectual understanding to encourage true embodiment. This approach facilitates lasting change and deeper connections.

The Power of Us!! coming soon
This space is for women approaching or living in retirement who feel that something in life has shifted — or that this stage feels harder to navigate alone.
You might be experiencing changes in identity, relationships, or purpose…
feelings of disconnection, loss, or uncertainty…
or simply a quiet sense of “I don’t quite know where I fit anymore.”
You don’t need to be in crisis or have the right words.
If this resonates, you’re warmly welcome — exactly as you are.
